Life has a way of reshaping us. After losing the father of her children to suicide, Marvic faced the painful truth: too many men suffer in silence. That loss became her call to action.

As a Board Member of AFSP Ohio and a trained "Talk Saves Lives" presenter, she now speaks with compassion and conviction, breaking stigma, sharing her story, and inviting others to see mental health through a more human lens.

Through Pause Retreats, Marvic builds spaces where people can reconnect, rise, and begin again. This is her soulwork.
